Coverage
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This includes issues such as loose gemstones, faulty clasps, or structural flaws arising from the manufacturing process.
Terms and Conditions
To maintain eligibility for warranty coverage, the jewellery must be inspected by Empress Diamonds once a year. Failure to adhere to this requirement will void the warranty. Inspections can be scheduled at any of our authorized service locations.
Exclusions
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, improper care, or normal wear and tear. Examples of exclusions include but are not limited to scratches, dents, bent prongs, or damage caused by exposure to chemicals or harsh environments.
Claim Process
If you believe your jewellery is experiencing a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, please contact our customer service team at info@empressdiamonds.com.au to initiate a warranty claim. We will require proof of purchase and documentation of the issue for evaluation.
Resolution
Upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect, Empress Diamonds will repair or replace the affected jewellery. If a repair or replacement is not feasible, we may offer store credit to the original purchase price.
